    Kim Wooten joined the firm in February of 2020. She brings over 32 years of business litigation experience to the firm. She began her career in Dallas, Texas, litigating many business and construction cases in the state of Texas. Kim then became a partner at a large national law firm, where she successfully litigated cases all over the country. Her experience includes litigation of construction, surety, UCC, bankruptcy, personal injury defense,  and many other types of business cases.

    Kim maintains an AV Preeminent rating in Martindale-Hubbell. Kim previously served on the board of the National Association of Women in Construction, Chapter 104.
    Christie Satter
    Senior Paralegal and Office Manager
    Christie serves as the Senior Paralegal and Office Manager and her functions include bond financings, closings, case management, eDiscovery, hearings and trials, managing client accounts, billing and accounts payable/receivable. Christie uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience to provide detailed support to our attorneys and clients.  From complex litigation cases to public finance and commercial real estate transactions, she is involved from beginning to end.

    Christie graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia, with a concentration in litigation. Christie began her paralegal career 30 years ago focused primarily in the construction industry. Subsequently, Christie assisted in the opening the Greenville office of a nationally recognized law firm and expanded her knowledge and experience to include public finance and commercial real estate transactions.

    Christie is a paralegal member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.  A native of Anderson, South Carolina, Christie enjoys travelling, camping, and spending quality time with her two sons.
